Your Technology Audit Report

After the review, you’ll receive practical recommendations organized into three priorities:

FIX NOW

Problems that should receive immediate attention because they may affect security, access, reliability, or normal business operations.

IMPROVE NEXT

Technology or processes that are functioning but could be configured, organized, or managed better.

FUTURE GROWTH

Technology improvements that may become valuable as your business grows.

The goal isn’t to overwhelm you with technical terminology.

The goal is to help you understand what you have, what needs attention, and what you should do next.

Review Session

Your Technology Audit includes a 45-minute review session where we’ll discuss the findings and recommendations.

You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and understand why specific changes are recommended.

  • Domain registrar
  • Website and hosting provider
  • Software currently used by the business

Know What Your Business Is Running On

Small businesses often add technology one piece at a time.

An email account here. A website there. A cloud storage account. A scheduling app. A payment system. Another subscription.

Eventually, nobody stops to ask:

Does all of this actually work together?

The EmpoweredTec Small Business Technology Audit helps you step back, understand your current technology, identify your priorities, and make better decisions about what comes next.
