This is an assessment of the existing website—not a website redesign.

• Basic backup practices
• Employee access to business information

Accounts & Access

We’ll review how access to important business technology is being managed.

We’ll identify the primary technology services your business is paying for and look for:

We’ll discuss everyday tasks that may be taking unnecessary time.

Basic Security Review

This is not a penetration test, vulnerability scan, formal cybersecurity assessment, or compliance certification.

Review Session

Your Technology Audit includes a 45-minute review session where we’ll discuss the findings and recommendations.

You’ll have an opportunity to ask questions and understand why specific changes are recommended.

If the audit identifies something that needs professional implementation, EmpoweredTec can provide a separate recommendation or quote when the work falls within our services.

Before Your Audit

You may be asked to provide information about:

• Microsoft 365 or email provider
• Domain registrar
• Website and hosting provider
• Software currently used by the business
• File storage
• Number of users/employees
• Current technology concerns
• Business processes you want to improve

Administrative access may be required to properly review certain systems.

Passwords should not be sent through regular email or unsecured messages.
