Business Launch is designed for small businesses that need more hands-on help getting their professional email, website, online store, and customer contact systems set up.

Unlike Business Foundation, where we work through many of the basics together, Business Launch includes more done-for-you setup and implementation followed by training so you understand what has been built.

Microsoft 365 Business Setup

• Microsoft 365 setup or review
• Connect one existing business domain
• Up to 3 Microsoft 365 users/business email accounts
• Outlook configuration
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Basic security configuration
• Basic OneDrive setup
• Administrator vs. user account review
• Basic Microsoft 365 orientation

WordPress Website Setup

We’ll establish or build out the basic structure of your WordPress website.

Includes up to 5 core pages, such as:

• Home
• About
• Services
• Contact
• Shop

Also included:

• Navigation/menu setup
• Footer setup
• Client-provided logo and branding placement
• Client-provided text and images
• Basic mobile/responsive review
• Basic website settings
• Basic website security configuration

This is a professional website setup using WordPress and existing themes/tools. Custom website programming or custom theme development is not included.

Contact Forms

Includes setup of up to 2 basic forms.

Forms may include:

• Contact form
• General inquiry form
• Service request form
• Basic customer intake form

We’ll configure notifications, customer confirmations, basic spam protection, and test form delivery.

WooCommerce Store Setup

For businesses selling products online:

• WooCommerce basic configuration
• Shop setup
• Product categories
• Basic inventory configuration
• Basic order settings
• Basic checkout configuration
• Connection of one supported payment provider using the client’s existing account
• Basic customer order-flow testing

Up to 10 Products Added

Provide us with your completed product information and we’ll enter up to 10 products into your WooCommerce store.

Client must provide:

• Product name
• Product description
• Price
• Product images
• Inventory information
• Available options/variations, when applicable

Complex product configurations may require an additional quote.

Basic SEO Foundation

We’ll configure basic website search fundamentals, including:

• Site title and description
• Page titles
• Basic search visibility settings
• Basic URL/permalink review
• Image alt-text guidance
• Basic search-engine readiness review

This is foundational SEO setup—not ongoing SEO management or a guarantee of search-engine ranking.

Website & Store Testing

Before handoff, we’ll review and test the systems we’ve configured, including:

• Navigation
• Forms
• Email notifications
• Product pages
• Basic checkout process
• Mobile display
• Basic customer experience

90-Minute Owner Training

Business Launch includes a 90-minute live training and handoff session.

We’ll walk through your actual systems and show you how to:

• Access your website
• Make basic page changes
• Manage contact submissions
• Add and edit products
• Update pricing and inventory
• Review WooCommerce orders
• Access Microsoft 365
• Manage everyday business email
• Understand basic account and security responsibilities

You’ll also receive a Business Launch Handoff Checklist.

What You Must Provide

To keep your project moving, you are responsible for providing:

• Business domain or authorization to purchase one
• Domain registrar access
• Hosting/WordPress access when applicable
• Business name and contact information
• Final logo and branding assets
• Website text/content
• Business images
• Product descriptions
• Product images
• Product pricing
• Inventory information
• Required account access
• Payment processor account information when applicable

Delays in receiving required client materials may delay project completion.

• Malware/hacked website recovery
• Repair of significantly damaged existing websites
• Ongoing website maintenance
• Ongoing IT support

Services outside the Business Launch scope can be quoted separately.

Third-Party Costs

Business Launch service fees do not include the cost of:

• Domain registration
• Website hosting
• Microsoft 365 licenses
• Premium WordPress themes
• Premium plugins
• Payment processing fees
• Paid integrations
• Other third-party software or subscriptions

These costs remain the client’s responsibility.

Revisions & Project Scope

Business Launch includes one reasonable revision round related to the work included in this package.

New pages, additional products, additional functionality, redesign requests, or other work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote.

If we discover significant problems with an existing website or technology environment, we’ll discuss them with you before performing additional billable work.
