This package combines website and e-commerce implementation with Microsoft 365 business technology, basic automation, and owner/admin training.

Microsoft 365 Business Environment

Setup, configuration, or review for up to 5 users.

Includes:

• Professional business email configuration
• Domain/DNS connection
• Outlook configuration
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Basic Microsoft 365 security review
• User and administrator access review
• OneDrive configuration
• Basic file-sharing structure
• Shared mailbox setup when appropriate

WordPress Website

Includes setup or buildout of up to 7 core website pages, such as:

• Home

• Services
• Contact
• Shop
• FAQ
• Additional business-specific page

Also includes:

• Navigation and footer
• Client-provided branding
• Mobile/responsive review
• Basic website security
• Basic SEO foundation
• Website functionality testing

Business Forms

Setup of up to 3 basic business forms.

Examples include:

• Contact form
• Service request form
• Customer intake form
• Consultation request
• General inquiry form

Forms include basic notifications, confirmation messages, spam protection, and testing.

WooCommerce

For businesses selling online:

• WooCommerce configuration
• Product categories
• Basic inventory settings
• Checkout configuration

Up to 20 Products

We’ll enter up to 20 client-provided products.

The client provides final:

Microsoft Teams & SharePoint Basics

We’ll help establish a basic structure for your business to communicate and organize information.

Depending on your business needs, this may include:

• Basic permissions
• Internal file-sharing guidance

This is intended for basic small-business use and is not custom SharePoint development.

Basic Business Automation

Includes up to 2 basic Power Automate workflows.

Examples may include:

• Internal task/notification workflow
• Basic information-routing workflow

Automations are selected based on the client’s existing technology and business needs.

Business Technology Review

We’ll review how your business is currently using technology and identify areas where systems may be:

• Underused
• Improperly secured
• Creating unnecessary manual work

You’ll receive practical recommendations based on your current business needs.

Security Basics

Includes a basic review of:

• MFA
• Administrator access
• User accounts
• Password practices
• File-sharing permissions

• Website administrator access
• Basic website security

This is a basic security review and configuration service. It is not a cybersecurity audit, penetration test, compliance certification, or managed security service.

2-Hour Owner/Admin Training

Business Growth includes up to 2 hours of live training covering the systems implemented during your project.

We’ll show you how to manage everyday tasks and explain what should be handled internally versus when professional IT assistance may be appropriate.

You’ll also receive a Business Growth Handoff Checklist.

What You Must Provide

Clients are responsible for providing required account access, business information, final website content, branding assets, product information, images, pricing, employee/user information, and access to existing systems necessary to complete the agreed work.

Third-party licenses and subscriptions must be purchased by the client.

The Business Growth service fee does not include:

Scope & Revisions

Business Growth includes one reasonable revision round for work performed within the agreed project scope.

Additional functionality, users, products, pages, forms, automations, integrations, or substantial changes may require an additional quote.

If significant problems are discovered in existing systems, we’ll discuss the issue and any additional costs before performing work outside the original scope.
